Shipping Policy

 

All orders placed with Who’s Hungry are pre-orders, so everything is made fresh and fulfilled in limited batches.

 

Pre-Order Window

Pre-orders for both Who’s Hungry Merchandise and Cinnamon Rolls are open for one week only.

Once the pre-order window closes, all orders will be processed, produced, and prepared for dispatch.

 

Merchandise Orders

 

  • Each merch item is made to order.
  • Once pre-orders close, your order details will be sent to the manufacturer for production.
  • When production is complete, all items will be collected, packed, and shipped from Who’s Hungry HQ.
  • Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks from the close of pre-orders for your merch to arrive.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

 

Cinnamon Roll Orders

 

  • All cinnamon rolls are baked fresh to order and shipped in time for Christmas delivery.
  • Orders are baked, packed, and dispatched within the scheduled pre-order batch to ensure maximum freshness.
  • Please note that delivery dates will be confirmed closer to dispatch, and you’ll receive an email with full tracking details once your box is on its way.

Shipping Details

 

  • UK Orders: Shipped via Royal Mail or another tracked courier service. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.
  • International Orders (Merch Only): Delivery times vary depending on destination (typically 7–21 working days). Customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Food Items: Shipped within the UK only for freshness and safety reasons.

 

Important Notes

  • Please double-check your address at checkout — we can’t be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.
  • All pre-orders are final once submitted.
  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, contact hello@whoshungrybydana.com with your order number and we’ll help sort it out.
