We hope you love your order, but just in case, here’s how it works:

Food Items

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all food items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please double-check all product details before ordering.

Clothing & Merchandise (UK Orders)

If you’re based in the UK, you can return or exchange your merch within 30 days of delivery, as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Return postage costs are covered by the customer.

International Orders

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders at this time.

Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order. All international sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@whoshungrybydana.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
