What is the return policy?
For food items (like our irresistible cinnamon rolls), all sales are final. Once it’s made, it’s made to delight, not return. For non-food items, UK customers have 30 days from receipt to return any eligible items. International orders are unfortunately non-returnable.

Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, our cinnamon rolls are made fresh to order, so there’s no turning back once you place your order. Everything else follows the standard return policy above.
When will I get my order?
All our products are pre-order only, open for one week. Once the pre-order window closes, I personally collect all the orders, send them to the manufacturer (one-week lead time), then package and post them myself via Royal Mail.

• International tracked: 7–20 working days (depending on country)
You’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your goodies every step of the way.
Where are your products manufactured?
All our tees are made locally at Ultimate Workwear in Canvey Island, using top-quality materials and craftsmanship. You’re supporting a small, local operation every time you shop with us.
How much does shipping cost?
I handle all shipping personally and have hunted down the cheapest possible postage rates for both UK and international orders. Because this is a very small, independent operation, I can’t offer free shipping, but I promise it’s the most reasonable I can get, and your order will be in safe hands all the way to your door.
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Does ordering more items affect shipping cost?
Absolutely. The more products you order, the heavier your parcel, and the higher the postage. Don’t blame me, I don’t make the rules! Royal Mail calculates shipping based on weight, especially for international parcels, so your total will reflect that.
